• Every parcel ships in a plain brown box or unmarked bubble mailer.
• The sender on the label is a neutral business name — never "Sinsations", never a product name.
• No product names, categories, or images appear anywhere on or in the package except your packing slip inside the sealed box.
• Card / bank statements show the same neutral descriptor.

Options & timing

• In-store pickup — free. Reserve online, collect at the counter, pay there if you prefer. Ready same day for in-stock items.
• Canada-wide delivery. Tracked shipping via Canada Post or courier; typically 2–7 business days depending on region. Rates confirmed with your order.
• In-stock items leave us within 1–2 business days.

Signature & safe drop

Standard delivery is no-signature safe drop. If you'd rather sign, or need hold-at-post-office, say so in the order notes — happy to arrange either.

Anything wrong?

Damaged in transit or gone astray? Contact us at sinadult1616@gmail.com within 7 days of the tracking showing delivered and we'll make it right — replacement or refund, discreetly.
