Unopened items — 30 days

Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase, in store or by mail (return shipping at your cost unless we shipped the wrong item). Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Opened items

For hygiene reasons, opened intimate products (toys, lubricants) and worn lingerie can't be returned or exchanged — every sale of an opened item is final. This protects every customer, including you.

Defective products

A defect is different. If a product fails within its warranty period, bring or send it back and we'll exchange it or arrange the manufacturer's warranty for you — most of our brands carry 1–2 year warranties. No lectures, no hassle.

Lingerie sizing

Unworn lingerie with tags attached exchanges freely within 30 days. Sizing questions before you buy? Ask us — it's the fastest route to the right fit.
